I have been working in the IT industry for the last eight years, the majority of that time with Aberdeen City Council working as a Systems Analyst.
This has involved the maintenance and support of various applications throughout the Council, hardware / software upgrades, pc rollouts, pc / laptop building and experience with pda's, tablets etc.
In the last two years I have started my own busines part-time working evenings and weekends supporting the home user which involves spyware / virus cleaning, pc building, hardware upgrades, broadband installation, wireless networking etc.
